Polkadot Pediatric Dentistry, a family-owned private practice, is on the lookout for a fun, energetic, and bubbly new team member to join us as a Hygiene Assistant! We are looking for someone who: Loves working with kids and families Takes initiative and enjoys problem-solving Can work independently but thrives in a team Is proactive, organized, social, and loves having FUN … then this is your time to shine! 🦷 Job Responsibilities Include: Answering phones, emails, text messages Checking in and out patients Verifying insurance benefits Explaining insurance benefits or answering insurance questions Handling Payments Presenting treatment plans Scheduling appointments Capable of multi-tasking (Checking in patient and answering phones, etc) Capable of working in a fast paced environment 3 days a week Comfortable with using multiple softwares (ie Google Drive, Modento, OpenDental, Romexis) 💡 Bonus Points If You Have: Experience in pediatric dentistry Familiarity with Open Dental software 💼 Perks & Benefits: Competitive compensation Paid time off (After 1 year of employment) 401(k) with matching and profit sharing (After 1 year of employment) Dental care for your family A fun, energetic, and supportive work environment 🕒 Schedule: 4-4.5 days per week, M-F (No weekends) 7:30am-5:00pm
