Full time Certified Dental Assistant and/or Registered Dental Assistant for a small, family oriented PRIVATE PRACTICE. Must have experience in Private Practice setting Mon-Thurs. No weekends or evenings. We offer a 401K with an employer % match, PTO and select paid holidays We are seeking a friendly, motivated, honest , committed and professional candidate. Candidate must be a certified dental assistant with current general office experience and in search of a long term position. Our patient care is quality versus quantity. We pride ourselves on getting to know our patients as well as going above and beyond for their care. Job Description & Requirements: CDA and/or RDA + Radiology + CPR Certification Chairside Experience in a General Family Practice Preparation of treatment rooms Assisting Dentist chairside Digital dental radiographs Sterilization Managing patient flow (Greet, seat and prepare for patient treatment) Review Medical histories and update patient records Dental charting, documentation and maintaining accurate patient records Fabricating and removing temporary crowns Take alginate impressions when necessary Highly Recommended: Experience with Dental scanner OPEN DENTAL software experience Treatment Planning/Clinical Discussion with patients with 'no diagnosing' Provide pre and post operative instructions Plus!!
