Hello, My name is Dr. John Richards, and I’ve had the privilege of being a dentist in this community for 19 years. For the past 13 years, I have proudly built and nurtured The Dental Centre of Conroe into a relationship-driven, fee-for-service, private practice where patients and team members feel seen, valued, and cared for. We are seeking a friendly, experienced front-office team member who wants more than just a job — someone who wants to belong. Our practice is tight-knit, and our culture is intentionally built on an all-for-one, one-for-all mindset. We support one another, we care deeply for our patients, and we believe in putting others before ourselves. That mindset is what makes us different — and what makes us special. We offer a truly desirable schedule: Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Our team works through lunch so that we can finish early — giving us time to enjoy family, hobbies, and the parts of life that matter most. Work-life balance is not just a phrase here — it is how we operate every single week. As a fee-for-service office, we are not in network with insurance. Our patients choose us for the level of care we provide, and we take pride in offering them a personal, relationship-oriented experience. The ideal candidate will have: • Prior dental front-office experience • Proficiency in Eaglesoft • Comfort managing dental insurance processes • Experience presenting treatment plans to patients • Experience collecting payments and discussing financial arrangements • Proficiency in handling a high volume of phone calls while maintaining warmth and composure • A cheerful, kind, and naturally welcoming disposition • An inclination to help others before helping yourself • The ability to stay positive even in stressful or frustrating situations • A team-player mindset and willingness to learn and try new things But above all — I care far more about a positive attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn than I do about talent or impressive résumés.
