Fame Dental is a non-corporate, single doctor, general dentistry practice located in Frisco, TX focused on providing exceptional patient care, quality dentistry and a great patient experience. We are looking to hire a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will greet visitors, handle incoming calls, and provide administrative support to various departments. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome patients in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or individual - Provide general administrative support, including data entry, proofreading documents, and organizing files - Schedule appointments - Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining inventory - Handle patient inquiries and provide accurate information about our products or services - Process payments and maintain financial records - Includes insurance verification and claims submission Qualifications: - Previous experience as a front desk receptionist in a dental clinic setting role is highly recommended - Proficient in using office equipment such as phone systems and computerized systems - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks We offer competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.
