Our modern pediatric dental office, located in southeast Houston, offers a great patient population, a supportive team-oriented environment, and dentists dedicated to providing excellent, quality care. We are currently seeking an RDA to join our team. This position involves chairside assisting our doctors with patient flow, including taking digital X-rays, communicating with parents, and helping facilitate patients to their designated areas efficiently and comfortably. Ideal candidates should have: Knowledge of Eaglesoft software Strong communication skills and experience explaining treatment plans to parents The ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently Excellent customer service and teamwork skills At least one year of dental experience preferred Bilingual in Spanish a plus Office Hours: Monday–Thursday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM Friday:7:45 AM – 12:30 PM If you are organized, dependable, and eager to grow in a friendly, professional pediatric dental setting, we’d love to hear from you!
