We are currently looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Representative to join our team and help educate and guide prospective patients through our All-On-4® procedure, a life-changing solution for full-arch dental restoration. Job Description: As a Sales Representative for our All-On-4® dental procedure, you will be responsible for identifying, educating, and converting prospective patients interested in this innovative and permanent tooth replacement solution. You will play a key role in presenting the benefits of the All-On-4® procedure, helping patients understand the process, and facilitating the overall treatment journey from consultation to treatment initiation. Responsibilities: -Act as the first point of contact for patients inquiring about the All-On-4® procedure. Provide detailed information to prospective patients about the procedure, benefits, and expected outcomes. -Conduct one-on-one consultations to understand patient needs, answer questions, and help them decide if the All-On-4® procedure is right for them. -Maintain a positive, professional, and empathetic relationship with patients throughout the sales process. -Collaborate with the dental team, including surgeons and treatment coordinators, to ensure a smooth transition from consultation to treatment. -Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for the All-On-4® procedure. -Keep detailed records of patient interactions, follow-up communications, and sales progress in our CRM system. -Educate patients about financing options, insurance coverage, and payment plans available for the procedure. -Follow up with prospective patients and address any concerns or questions they may have post-consultation. -Stay informed on the latest trends and developments in the dental industry, especially the All-On-4® procedure. Requirements: -Proven experience in sales, preferably in a healthcare or dental setting. Strong understanding of the All-On-4® procedure and the dental implant process (training will be provided if necessary). -Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with patients. -Ability to listen to patients' needs and address concerns in a clear, concise, and empathetic manner. -Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset. -Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-up tasks. Experience using CRM software to track leads and sales progress. -Ability to work well in a team environment while achieving individual sales goals. -A passion for helping people improve their lives through advanced dental procedures.
