Practice Operations Lead (Hybrid Front & Back Office) Boutique Dental & Implant Practice We are a boutique dental practice focused on implants and oral surgery, seeking a Practice Operations Lead to serve as the day-to-day operational and patient-experience leader. This is a hands-on leadership role for a cross-trained professional who thrives in a growing practice environment. Key Responsibilities: • Lead daily operations and patient flow • Manage scheduling, insurance, and treatment coordination • Present implant and surgical treatment plans • Oversee insurance verification, pre-auths, claims, and appeals • Support implant workflows, sedation monitoring, and chairside needs • Train and support a small, new team • Maintain systems, accountability, and positive culture • Assist with marketing and patient communication Required Qualifications: • Dental leadership or senior coordinator experience • Cross-trained front and back office • Strong insurance knowledge • Dentrix proficiency • Implant/oral surgery experience
