Description

Join our patient-focused dental team as a Treatment Coordinator! We're seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive professional to guide our patients through their dental care journey and help them feel confident in their treatment decisions. Responsibilities Include: -Welcoming and assisting patients in understanding their treatment plans -Presenting and explaining treatment options and financial arrangements -Coordinating scheduling and follow-up appointments -Verifying insurance benefits and calculating patient out-of-pocket costs -Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records -Working closely with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient hand-offs -Ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction and communication Requirements: -Prior experience in a dental setting -Knowledge of dental terminology and treatment procedures -Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills -Strong organizational and multitasking abilities -Experience with dental software systems is a plus Responsibilities and Duties For Call Center Rep: Answer incoming calls and assist patients in both English and Spanish in a professional and courteous manner. Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments. Provide accurate information regarding dental services, insurance, and office policies. Address patient and parent inquiries with empathy and efficiency. Verify and update patient information in the system. Collaborate with front office and clinical staff to ensure excellent patient experiences. Follow up on missed appointments and assist with rescheduling. Support insurance verification and billing inquiries as needed. Maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Qualifications Bilingual (English/Spanish) required. Customer service experience required. Experience in a dental office preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Proficient in computer and scheduling systems. Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor when working with children and parents.
