Lake Ridge Pediatric Dentistry is excited to announce a “Coming Soon” opportunity for an entrepreneurial Pediatric Dentist to step into a lead role with the potential for future partnership of a Pediatric office in Woodbridge, Virginia. This is a rare chance to own and lead a pediatric practice from day one while partnering with an established, highly respected Orthodontist.

The Opportunity:

This position offers the potential for future partnership of Lake Ridge Pediatric Dentistry, allowing the incoming Pediatric Dentist to build, grow, and shape the practice according to their clinical vision and leadership style.

The practice is thoughtfully designed with:

• 5 total chairs
• 3 open-bay chairs
• 2 private treatment operatories
• 1,415 square feet of efficient, patient-friendly space
• Strong opportunity for organic growth through pediatric–orthodontic collaboration

You will co-own Lake Ridge Orthodontics, creating a seamless continuum of care for families in the community. This partnership offers built-in referral synergy, clinical collaboration, and a shared commitment to excellence in family dental care.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be a board-eligible or board-certified Pediatric Dentist
• Hold (or be eligible for) a Virginia dental license
• Possess strong leadership and ownership mindset
