Our Values (CARE) Consideration – Thoughtful scheduling, realistic workloads, respect for time and physical demands Accountability – Clear expectations, follow-through, and professional communication Resourcefulness – Smart systems, teamwork, and modern technology Excellence – High clinical standards and pride in our work What This Role Looks Like Day-to-Day Deliver comprehensive preventive and therapeutic hygiene care within structured appointment times Perform thorough periodontal assessments with accurate documentation Educate patients clearly and efficiently on oral health, prevention, and treatment needs Collaborate with doctors to support timely exams and coordinated care Maintain clinical accuracy, infection control, and professional standards Focus on patient care while being supported by: A dedicated sterile tech for instrument processing and room turnover A hygiene coordinator to help manage flow, scheduling support, and patient transitions This structure allows hygienists to concentrate on clinical care and relationships — not juggling non-clinical tasks. Clinical & Professional Requirements Current Dental Hygiene license in the state of practice CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain) Strong understanding of periodontal disease and evidence-based care Experience with: Adult and pediatric prophylaxis Periodontal maintenance and SRP Digital radiographs Modern dental technology (intraoral scanners preferred, not required) Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with patients Comfort working efficiently within scheduled appointment times New graduates with strong fundamentals and a desire to grow are welcome to apply.
