IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR A FRONT DESK POSITION IN OUR PEDIATRIC DENTAL PRACTICE *Candidates will be expected answer the phones, check IN/OUT patients * Update patients records daily * Address patient and parents with empathy and professionalism each day * Knowledge of Denticon software preferred but not required * Insurance verification for private and non private. * Greet and serve all patients as they arrive (or direct other staff to do same) * Scheduling appointments, confirming appointments, rescheduling appointments when needed * Skills in person and on the phone as well as caring and warm towards parents and patients. * Excellent customer service and leadership skills. * Ability to multi-task efficiently. * Excellent computer and typing skills.
