Front Office / Insurance Coordinator (Cross-Trained for Back Office) Boutique Dental Practice | Central Arlington, TX We are a well-established dental practice with over 30 years of excellence in the Arlington community, now practicing in a brand-new, high-tech, beautifully designed office. Our boutique practice focuses on cosmetic, implant, and comprehensive dentistry, and we are seeking an experienced Front Office / Insurance Coordinator who is cross trained for back office support. This role is ideal for a team-oriented professional who is comfortable supporting front office operations, insurance coordination, and occasional clinical assistance in a polished, patient-centered environment. Responsibilities • Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility • Submit, track, and follow up on insurance claims • Review EOBs and resolve claim discrepancies • Coordinate pre-authorizations and treatment estimates • Manage scheduling, check-in/check-out, and patient flow • Maintain accurate patient and financial records • Communicate professionally with patients and insurance carriers • Provide cross-trained back office support as needed (room turnover, assisting, sterilization support) Qualifications • 1+ years of dental front office experience required • Dental insurance verification and claims experience • Cross-trained for back office/clinical support • Knowledge of PPO plans, pre-authorizations, and EOBs • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Excellent communication and customer service skills • RDA license a plus (preferred) Why Join Our Practice • 30+ year established, highly respected practice • Brand-new, state-of-the-art boutique office • Focus on implant and cosmetic dentistry • Supportive, professional team culture • Competitive compensation based on experience
