LONE STAR SMILES is a start-up, family-centered dental practice opening in Sachse — and we’re building a front office team that is warm, welcoming, detail-oriented, and committed to exceptional patient experiences. As one of the first faces and voices of our practice, you will play a significant role in shaping the patient experience from the moment they walk through our doors or call our office. WHAT YOU'LL DO As our Front-End Patient Coordinator, your primary focus will be insurance verification, claims submission, and patient scheduling, while also supporting all front office functions: -Greet every patient with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality -Answer phones, manage incoming inquiries, and schedule patients -Verify insurance eligibility, breakdown benefits, and input detailed coverage notes -Present treatment plans clearly and confidently -Maintain organized records and ensure smooth daily flow -Support patients in understanding their treatment, financial responsibilities, and next steps -Assist with check-in/check-out and process payments -Create an experience where patients feel valued, respected, and cared for WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR -Experience in dental insurance verification and treatment presentation preferred -Excellent interpersonal skills and a warm, approachable personality -Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously -Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills -Organized, reliable, and proactive -Team player with a positive attitude and desire to grow -Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a strong plus -Dental office experience preferred, but strong candidates from hospitality/medical front office roles are welcome to apply WHY YOU'LL LOVE WORKING HERE -PTO offered -Opportunities for performance-based and end-of-year bonuses -A practice built on warmth, integrity, and a “people over profits” philosophy -A supportive, family-like environment -A chance to grow with a start-up practice and have your voice heard -Leadership that prioritizes work-life balance and employee well-being If you’re excited about being a foundational part of a growing dental home and love creating memorable patient experiences, we’d love to hear from you.
