In search of a full-time, expanded functions, dental assistant, for a private, two-doctor, general practice. Looking for a motivated, team oriented, friendly and organized individual, who loves dentistry! Pay Commensurate with experience. 401k, health insurance, bonuses. M-Th 8-5 Fri 8-12 Responsibilities are, but not limited to. • Assisting the Doctor chair-side for multiple procedures: Crowns, Composites, Root Canals, Extractions, Implants • Discuss dental treatment plans and be able to explain dental needs. • X-ray Certified (We are fully Digital) • Be able to make single and multi-unit temporaries for anterior and posterior teeth • Discuss post op instructions with patients for multiple procedures. • Sterilize • Call and confirm and schedule patients at times • Have OSHA, HIPPA and CPR up to date. • Writing Lab scripts • Taking impressions • Fabricating Whitening trays • Organize rooms and setup for procedures.
