Our growing, family-owned orthodontic practice is seeking an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to serve as a trusted guide for patients and parents as they begin their smile journey. What You’ll Do -As our Treatment Coordinator, you’ll be a key connection between the doctor, the patient, and the family. Your responsibilities will include: -Presenting customized orthodontic treatment plans with clarity and confidence -Educating patients and parents on treatment options, timelines, and financial arrangements -Coordinating financial agreements, insurance benefits, and payment plans -Building trust through excellent communication and relationship-based care -Collaborating closely with doctors and clinical team members -Following up with unscheduled patients and maintaining organized case flow -Supporting a hospitality-driven, high-touch patient experience from start to finish Who We’re Looking For -You’ll thrive in this role if you are: -A strong communicator who enjoys educating and guiding families -Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with systems and follow-through -Confident discussing financial arrangements in a professional, respectful way -Calm under pressure and able to manage multiple priorities -A team-player who values integrity, excellence, and personal growth -Experience in orthodontics or dentistry is preferred, but we are open to the right candidate with strong interpersonal skills and a desire to learn.
