Treatment Plan Coordinator We are a busy, well-established family dental practice looking to welcome an experienced and personable Treatment Plan Coordinator to our team. This role is ideal for someone who truly enjoys helping patients understand their dental care and feels confident guiding them through the treatment process. As a key member of our front office, you will work closely with the doctor and clinical team to educate patients on recommended treatment, coordinate scheduling with both patient needs and practice goals in mind, and ensure a smooth, positive experience from start to finish. You will also assist patients with understanding financial options, including third-party financing, and help make care affordable and accessible.
