Job Title: Dental Assistant (RDA) $20–25/hour Full Job Description We are seeking a part-time, experienced Registered Dental Assistant to join our team at a startup general dental practice focused on high-quality care and a strong patient experience. • Must have at least 4+ years of experience as an RDA • Must be able to pack cord • Must be able to fabricate temporary crowns • Proven ability to follow established policies and clinical guidelines • Possess a professional, positive, and dependable attitude • Strong interpersonal, listening, and communication skills • Strong teamwork skills • Experienced in Curve Dental software a plus • Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome • Pay is based on experience We are a patient experience–focused startup dental practice that values efficiency, consistency, and respectful care.
