Looking for a Full Time or Part Time Registered Dental Hygienist for our pediatric practice, Kidz World Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics. Mainly simple prophys with minor scaling and placing sealants. Fun and easy schedule with a great surrounding team! Looking for 2 Saturdays a month. Hours are 8-2. Willing to hire full-time or part-time. Flexible on days/hours available. Our practices are growing and we are looking for someone to continue to grow with us! Salary is based on experience. All offices have an excellent supporting staff, fully paperless office. Children have to 'graduate' to be on the hygienist schedule after seeing the Dr. and behavior is good. Difficult patients stay on Dr schedule. Sealants are on hyg unless difficult and need an assistant, in which case they would be put on the Dr schedule. Minimal stress on your body with pedo as compared to heavy scaling in general. Simple prophys and light scaling. No selling- office doesn't push whitening, expensive dentistry. Fully owned/operated private practices, not corporate!! We care about our staff and patients!! All hygienists employed have been on staff with the office for 5++ years. Benefits for full time (25+hrs): ~10% of medical benefits paid; 2 different plans offered ~401k option with safe harbor match of 100% of the first 3% of compensation ~Dental benefits include 100% courtesy discount on preventative and restorative treatment that can be done in the office after 3 mos employment for employee and for legal spouse/partner and children. ~Orthodontic benefits include $800 for full orthodontic treatment or $1,700 for Invisalign after 3 mos employment.
