We need an experienced and outgoing front desk person that is familiar with Dentrix software to fill this position with at least two years experience. A qualified candidate needs to be familiar with all dental works that can be done in a general practice. Also it is very important that the candidate is familiar with dental insurances. The ideal candidate will need to be detailed oriented, team worker and extremely organized for our friendly and fast pace practice Responsibilities include: • Managing and maintaining the schedule • Greeting patients upon arrival and checking them out at the end of their visit • Discussing patient balances, collecting payments, and answering billing questions • Confirming appointments for patients who have not yet confirmed • Verifying insurance benefits and entering benefit information into Dentrix • Supporting smooth front-office operations and providing excellent customer service
