The Opportunity Lead our front-of-house operations and coach an engaged team to deliver on-time, beautifully organized, and compassionate care. You’ll bring our credo to life: take feedback, set the stage, communicate with purpose, create WOW moments, and end every visit with gratitude. What You’ll Do -Own daily operations: schedule management, confirmations, on-time starts, patient flow, and front-desk presentation. -Lead the team: hire, train, coach, and hold standards for service values (greeting, proactive help, professional image, seamless handoffs). -Drive patient experience: implement consistent service recovery, collect reviews, and maintain high NPS/CSAT. -Partner with clinical leaders: prep rooms/checklists, ensure scans/X-rays are ready, coordinate treatment presentations and financial arrangements. -Revenue & metrics: track case acceptance, schedule utilization, reactivation, collections, AR days, and same-day starts; run simple dashboards and huddles. -Systems & compliance: refine SOPs, uphold policy clarity, and ensure clean documentation and privacy standards. -Culture & communication: model integrity, compassion, accountability, and clarity; turn feedback into improvements. What Success Looks Like (KPIs) -On-time performance: ≥ 95% on-time starts; minimal idle chair time. -Patient experience: NPS ≥ 80 and steady growth in 5-star Google reviews. -Revenue health: rising case acceptance %, strong hygiene/doctor utilization, AR ≤ 30 days, minimal cancellations/no-shows. -Team engagement: training completion, low turnover, clear role clarity, and consistent “WOW” moments reported by patients. You Are -An experienced dental or medical office leader (2–5+ years) who loves systems, service, and coaching. -Calm under pressure, organized, and proactive—your standards are high and your smile is real. -A strong communicator who believes clarity creates confidence. -Comfortable with scheduling platforms, digital imaging workflows, and basic reporting (Excel/Sheets). -Purpose-driven: you value compassion, accountability, teamwork, integrity, and continuous training. Nice to Have -Experience with [your PMS: Denticon/Curve/Eaglesoft/OpenDental], digital scanners (iTero), AI diagnostics, or treatment coordination. -Track record improving NPS/Google reviews, AR, or case acceptance.
