Smile Studio Orthodontics is looking for a very friendly detailed oriented patient coordinator. Candidate has to be tech savvy and comfortable with dental software. The ability to cover multiple locations is required. Bilingual (Spanish speaking) candidates are preferred but not a requirement. The position has the primary task of guiding each patient through their specific engagement with the office including: gathering accurate patient health history and demographic information, getting patients promptly seated during appointments and engaging with patients on all communication platforms we use in the office. Our staff is team oriented, accountability focused, and extremely personable.
