Our private orthodontic practice is currently seeking a Clinical Orthodontic Assistant to work with both braces and Invisalign patients. The ideal candidate is passionate about their work, detail-oriented, and communicates effectively while problem-solving in a positive, solution-focused manner. This role is perfect for a team player who enjoys building meaningful relationships with patients and coworkers and consistently strives to exceed expectations. A high level of maturity, integrity, honesty, ethics, and responsibility is essential. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills and techniques are a must. This is a full time position and we are looking to hire immediately. The responsibilities include: Chairside Ortho Assisting Bonding brackets and wire changes Bonding attachments for Invisalign iTero Scanning Seating Phase 1 appliances (Expanders) Appliance checks / Retainer checks Sterilization & records as needed Provide incredible customer experience Maintaining cleanliness and organization Helping in the lab/retainers and minor housekeeping as needed Answering telephones is rare but not outside the scope of this position Benefits: 401(k) matching Employee discount Flexible schedule Mileage reimbursement Opportunities for advancement Paid time off Uniform allowance Work Location: In person
