Position: Dental Assistant Location: KTX Smiles - Katy, Texas Compensation: Competitive Pay (based on experience) Schedule: Monday to Friday About Us: KTX Smiles, led by Dr. Moiz Hemani, is a vibrant and fast growing dental office located in the heart of Katy, Texas. Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a strong commitment to patient care and a desire to grow within our practice. You will receive world class training and be part of a growing office with several opportunities for career advancement. Responsibilities: • Assist the dentist during procedures: including general dentistry, Invisalign, and dental implants • Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment • Take digital radiographs • iTero Scan • Ensure patients are comfortable and provide compassionate care • Maintain accurate patient records • Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care • Manage inventory of dental supplies and materials • Support other team members as needed Qualifications and Requirements: • Active license: Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) • Previous experience as a Dental Assistant in a dental office preferred • Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and sterilization techniques • Familiarity with dental software (experience with Open Dental is a plus) • Experience with digital scanning (iTero) preferred • Strong customer service and communication skills - (bilingual is a plus) • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently • Compassionate and patient-centered approach • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures To Apply: If you are passionate about patient care and eager to join a dynamic dental team, we would love to hear from you!
