We’re looking for a Dental Assistant who’s motivated by cosmetic dentistry, loves learning, and brings the kind of energy that makes patients feel instantly at ease (and teammates feel supported and inspired). If you’re the person who walks into a room and makes it better—this is for you. What you’ll do You’ll be a key part of delivering boutique-level cosmetic care. Responsibilities include: Chairside assisting for cosmetic and restorative procedures (smile design, veneers, bonding, whitening, etc.) Patient experience excellence: warm welcomes, confident guidance, calming presence Clinical set-up + breakdown with precision, speed, and cleanliness Instrument processing + sterilization (by the book, always) Photography support (intraoral/extraoral) and documentation (preferred; we can train) Lab + case support: impressions/scans, temporaries, shade matching, case prep coordination Team flow support: anticipating needs, keeping rooms running smoothly, proactive communication Who you are You’re not just checking tasks off—you’re building something.
