The Role We are seeking a bilingual Front Office Dental Coordinator who is confident, organized, and patient-focused. This role is central to the daily success of the practice. You will manage scheduling, support case acceptance, help patients understand their benefits and financial options, and collaborate closely with the clinical team to keep the day running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Welcome patients and deliver an excellent first impression in person and by phone Schedule appointments efficiently and strategically to support production and patient flow Present treatment plans and financial options clearly and professionally Verify insurance, calculate co-pays and deductibles, and explain coverage in a way patients understand Enter and maintain accurate documentation in Dentrix Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure a smooth, organized schedule Follow up with patients on unscheduled treatment and missed appointments Requirements 2+ years of dental front office or treatment coordination experience Fluent in English, Spanish (Preferred) Strong knowledge of Dentrix (or similar dental software) or willing to learn practice management software Understanding of dental procedure codes, insurance verification, and co-pay calculations, or medical/billing background Strong communication, organization, and professionalism Comfortable discussing financials with patients in a calm, clear way What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Bonus opportunity tied to performance and results A supportive, respectful, and organized team environment Training and growth opportunities with a clear path to advancement A practice that is expanding rapidly, creating real opportunity for the right person How to Apply Apply with your resume and a short message about your dental experience and why this role fits what you’re looking for.
