Description

We are Prosthodontist implant specialty office seeking an experienced Dental Treatment Plan Coordinator with a strong background in sales, patient conversion, and multitasking to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Dentrix software and CRM systems (specifically Go High Level), and a proven track record in converting consultations into treatments while offering third-party financing options, a plus expertise in Allon x, implants, full month, veneers treatment and sales. If you are skilled in phone communication, maintaining accurate leads and marketing reports, and managing multiple priorities, if you are a hard worker and a team player we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Sales & Case Conversion: Leverage your phone empathy and persuasive skills to build rapport with patients, handle objections, and convert consultations into scheduled treatments. Proactively offer third-party financing options (CareCredit, Cherry, etc ) to ensure treatment affordability. Use your sales expertise to close cases and meet monthly treatment goals. Dentrix & CRM Management: Manage patient records, treatment plans, and appointments efficiently in Dentrix software. Use Go High Level CRM to track leads, follow up with patients, and ensure timely conversions. Maintain detailed records of patient communications, appointments, and treatment plans in both Dentrix and the CRM system. Lead & Marketing Reports: Track and manage incoming leads, ensuring follow-ups and conversions are documented in CRM. Generate and maintain regular lead and marketing reports to measure performance and adjust strategies accordingly. Analyze conversion rates and identify areas for improvement in the lead-to-patient pipeline. Multitasking & Time Management: Juggle multiple responsibilities, including managing patient inquiries, coordinating treatment plans, handling follow-up calls and make new leads calls and keeping leads organized. Prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, ensuring all patient interactions are timely and professional. Patient Care & Communication: Exhibit outstanding empathy and communication on the phone to guide patients through their treatment options and help them understand their financial responsibilities. Confirm appointments and follow up with patients who are hesitant or have missed consultations to encourage rescheduling. Qualifications: Proven experience working with Dentrix software and Go High Level CRM (or similar CRM systems). Strong sales experience with a focus on converting consultations into treatment plans. Excellent phone empathy—ability to build relationships, ease patient concerns, and ensure follow-through on treatment decisions. Proficient in offering third-party financing options to patients (e.g., CareCredit, Lending Club, etc.). Exceptional multitasking skills with the ability to handle a high volume of calls, appointments, and patient communications. Ability to generate and analyze marketing and lead conversion reports to track success and identify growth opportunities. Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage various patient and administrative tasks simultaneously.
