The Dental Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients while managing front office operations. This role serves as the first point of contact for patients and plays a key part in ensuring a smooth and positive patient experience. Key responsibilities will be to answer incoming calls, greet patients and check them in on arrival, schedule and confirm patients and insurance verification. Previous dental front desk preferred but not necessary. Must have strong communication and customer service skills. Basic computer skills . Professional, friendly and dependable. High school diploma or equivalent.
