Pediatric / Orthodontic Dental Assistant (RDA) Private Pediatric & Orthodontic Practice | McKinney–Frisco Area We are a busy, well-established private pediatric + orthodontic practice looking for a dependable, upbeat Registered Dental Assistant to join our long-term team. This is a great opportunity for an assistant who enjoys working with kids, values teamwork, and wants stability in a supportive, well-run office. Schedule 4 clinical days per week (~32 hours) Rotating schedule: Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday Hours: Mon–Tue: 9:00–5:00 (lunch 1–2) Wed: 8:00–5:00 (lunch 12–1) Thu–Fri: 7:00–4:00 (lunch 11–12) No weekends What We’re Looking For Active RDA license (required) Pediatric and/or orthodontic experience preferred Friendly, reliable, and professional Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Loves working with children and families Pay Competitive pay based on experience and ability to work independently Pay discussed transparently during interview Benefits 6 paid holidays PTO: 40 hours after 1 year 80 hours after 2 years 401(k) with match after 12 months Free pediatric dental care for employee & children (annual allowance applies; insurance billed first if applicable) Free orthodontic treatment after 1 year (lab fees apply) Supportive doctors and a strong, respectful team culture Our Practice We pride ourselves on providing compassionate, patient-centered care, meeting children and families where they are — including those with anxiety, special needs, or limited communication skills.
