Basic Requirements: * Experience in general dentistry (3-4 years)– Understanding of common procedures and patient flow, to include making temps, using an itero scanner and assisting in all areas of general dentistry. Tracking lab cases and maintaining equipment is essential. Invisalign a plus. * Treatment presentation skills – Confidently communicate treatment plans and financial options to patients. * Be a mentor and positive influence on teammates * Open Dental software is helpful, but not mandatory, it is pretty friendly to learn.
