About Our Practice Established, multi-location private practice with a strong reputation in the community Modern technology and fully equipped operatories Experienced clinical and administrative team that supports efficiency and quality care Culture centered on growth, accountability, and patient-first decision making Position Overview The Associate Dentist will provide comprehensive dental care while maintaining a high level of clinical judgment, attention to detail, and professionalism. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys expanding their skillset, collaborating with colleagues, and taking ownership of their clinical outcomes. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in general dentistry Active Florida dental license in good standing Commitment to high-quality dentistry and patient-centered care Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment Compensation 30% of Production Guaranteed base: $700 per day (8-hour day) Established patient base with consistent demand Benefits Malpractice insurance covered by the practice during the first year Health insurance: 75% employer-paid Vision insurance: 100% employer-paid Life insurance ($50,000 benefit) 401K with employer matching after one year $1,000 annual allowance toward professional organization dues Optional disability and supplemental insurance (Aflac) Family dental care benefits Time Off Two weeks unpaid vacation annually Four paid days at the daily guarantee rate Schedule & Work Environment Strong hygiene program and well-trained support team Systems and processes in place to allow doctors to focus on patient care Emphasis on work-life balance and long-term career development Why Join Rasmussen Family Dental?
